With the nature and fragility of vintage watches, all watches are sold as is. We will do our best to describe, photograph and assist you to ensure full transparency but we do not provide any guarantee on movement accuracy, water-proofing or any other mechanical guarantee unless stated.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on our website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
All statements relating to any items sold by S.Song are statements of opinion. We reserve the right to adjust listed or quoted prices and specifications without notice and may also at any time withdraw any of the items without prior notice.
Please be mindful that our products are vintage and preowned, with many decades of wear and use. Proper care and maintenance procedures must be taken in order to ensure your timepiece lasts.
Furthermore, as these items have been used in the past, please expect wear and patina from usage and age. Please read all descriptions carefully prior to purchase. Our images should be considered part of the description.
Payment
All of our prices are in US Dollars unless stated otherwise. All payments and refunds are issued in the same currency unless stated or requested by us otherwise.
Our prices exclude the cost of delivering your goods, as well as any transaction fees, which will be added to the final amount due if necessary. All additional charges will be stated on your invoice.
All watches remain the property of S.Song and will not be shipped until funds have been securely received in full.
We accept the following forms of payment
Bank Transfer: Please contact us for our bank details if you would like to pay via bank transfer.
Credit or Debit card: Please note that there is a fee for using Credit Card. Please contact us to discuss if this is a preferred form of payment.
Cash: For all cash payments you will be asked to provide proof of address as well as a valid form of ID.
Paypal: Please note that additional fees will be charged for payments via Paypal as they charge a processing fee. Please contact us to find out the additional charges.
Please note that some payments may take additional time to clear.
Shipping
When you place an order, funds must be cleared in full before we can ship your item. All watches remain the property of S.Song until the watch has been paid for in full.
All items will be shipped via express courier, usually either UPS or Fedex. All watches are fully insured by Parcel Pro. Parcel Pro will only insure with the aforementioned couriers, therefore it is not possible to have insured shipping using a different courier.
An adult signature is required for receipt of all packages for insurance purposes.
If packages are lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only after the approval of the insurance claim by our insurance vendor.
Customers are responsible for all customs charges, duty or taxes in his or her respective country.
Return Policy
All watches and straps come with a 3-day return policy. In the case of shipping, the time period begins when the parcel is signed for. In the case of delivery in person, the time period begins when the watch is collected by you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email or phone to organise the return. Watches and straps must be returned in the exact same condition. In regards to straps, it must remain unworn. We will not accept returns once a strap has been used.
S.Song will issue a refund within 7 working days of receiving the item back. We will thoroughly inspect each item in order to ensure it remains in the exact same condition.
We will not issue a refund on any watch beyond your 3 day inspection period. All items shall be at the risk of the customer from the date of delivery of the goods.
Returns must be sent by the same method the watch was received with. All items returned must always be fully insured and paid for by you.
Due to complications with shipping certain brands such as Rolex to and from the United States, it remains your responsibility to ensure the watch returns to us, so that we can issue your refund. Refunds will only be considered once goods are safely in the possession of S.Song and once a full inspection has taken place.
